Welcome to TheDateApp. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. TheDateApp is operated by Nathan Daniel Clubb ("we", "us"). Questions: datinginvite@gmail.com.

Who can use TheDateApp

You must be at least 16 years old to use TheDateApp. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

What TheDateApp does

TheDateApp lets you create a personalized date invitation, generate a shareable link, and send it to a person you choose. That person can respond with a date, time, and activity. We provide the tools; you are responsible for who you invite and the content you include.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TheDateApp to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or send unwanted messages to anyone.
• Send invitations to people without a genuine, good-faith intent to invite them.
• Include unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate any law or the rights of others.

Zero tolerance for content that endangers minors

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. Such content and conduct are strictly prohibited, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. To report such content, contact us immediately at datinginvite@gmail.com.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (such as invitation messages and recipient names). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the app — for example, showing your invitation to the person you send the link to. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to include any content you provide, including another person's name.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Send credits are one-time purchases. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app or via our web deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TheDateApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the outcome of any invitation or interaction between you and anyone you invite. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
